Our Story
Our animals give us so much joy and companionship, and it was important to us when thinking about beginning our business journey that our fur family is represented at the core of what we do.Ā
We are a small, young family from New Brunswick, Canada, and we are passionate about our pets. Focusing on healthy habits and excellent nutrition means that we get to hold onto them just a bit longer. We figured that youād want the same, so here we are!Ā
Currently, we have two large breed dogs, 15 chickens, 20+ small fish, and we are about to jump headfirst into geckos and maybe a goat or two (a life-long dream!).
It is important to us to surround ourselves and our kiddo with the joys that nature and animals bring to our lives, but also instil in her the importance of responsible and empathetic animal care.
Gritty is how we want to walk the talk. We hope you will walk it with us!

Good news! We offer FREE shipping across Canada on orders over $49.99 (before taxes) for most products. Just a heads up, items labeled as heavy and oversized arenāt included. Orders under $49.99, have a $9.99 flat fee.

Depending on whether they ship from our Ontario or New Brunswick warehouse, they'll typically arrive within 4 business days in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes, and 4-7 days to the West Coast.
